Refund Policy – Soulara Life
At Soulara Life, we aim to provide an exceptional shopping experience for all our customers. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to return or seek a refund for a purchase made on our platform. To ensure fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction, we’ve outlined our comprehensive Return and Refund Policy below:
Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

The product is damaged or defective.

The return request is initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery, in case of any damage.
Return Procedure:
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account on our website and go to the Order History section.

Find the relevant order and select the item(s) you want to return. Make a note of the order number.

Write an email to soularalifemagic@gmail.com with the following details:

Order number

Unboxing images showing the product’s defects (if applicable)

Brief reason for the return to help us improve our services.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions within 2 working days.

Refund Policy:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:

For payments made via credit/debit cards or digital wallets, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. It may take 15 working days to reflect in your account.

For cash-on-delivery orders, you can choose to receive your refund via bank transfer or store credit. The process will take 15 working days.
Return Shipping:

In the case of product defects or errors, the return shipping cost of Rs. 200 should be first transferred to the company account (details will be provided via email). Once the payment is made, we will arrange for the pickup of the product.

For all other return reasons, the customer may be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Exchange Policy:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process and then place a new order for the item you'd like.
Cancellation Policy:
